Why save teeth for a living?
Because nothing built by industry replaces what biology built first. A natural tooth feels pressure, flexes with the jaw, keeps its bone alive — and once extracted, it's gone forever. Fifteen-plus years and more than five thousand saved teeth into this work, that asymmetry still organizes every decision in the practice.
It's also why some consultations here end with no treatment at all. The case files include root canals we advised against — a muscle diagnosed instead of a tooth drilled, a sinus treated instead of a nerve removed. Restraint is a clinical skill, and we practice it on purpose.
And it's why we follow our work for years — recall images at four, six, nine, even fourteen years. If "every tooth is a masterpiece" means anything, it means the painting should still hang decades later.
